Consequently, you may only order products or services if you accept the conditions set out below.
1. Preamble
The following general terms and conditions govern all transactions carried out through the WimSchool web catalog. Any order placed on this site implies the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.
2. Purpose
This contract is a distance contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of WimSchool products on the Internet, through the secure online payment platform of the Interbank Monetary Center. WimSchool is a service and a registered trademark of WimSchool.
3. Definitions
In the remainder of this contract, each of the expressions mentioned above shall be understood according to its definition, namely: • “Distance contract”: any contract concerning goods or services between the WimSchool Company and a Consumer within the framework of a distance selling or service provision system organized by the WimSchool Company which, for this contract, uses exclusively the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself. • “Consumer”: any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his professional activity. • “Order form”: document indicating the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be validated by a “double click” to commit the Consumer. • “Order”: act by which the Consumer undertakes to purchase Products and the WimSchool Company to deliver them.
4. Products
All products listed in the catalog are marketed while stocks last. The WimSchool Company reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog without prior notice. It cannot in any case be required to compensate or cancel an order following the impossibility of using the purchased product due to incompatibility with equipment already owned by the buyer.
5. Placing an Order
After finding the product(s) you are interested in, click on the “order” button; the product is then added to your order form. You may modify your order form at any time and return to the catalog by clicking on continue shopping. When you have finished your purchases, validate your order by clicking on the “pay” button. In case of an error on your part when entering the order form, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by e-mail within 24 hours. After cancellation of the order by WimSchool, you may order again.
6. Prices
Prices listed in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan dirhams excluding tax, are valid at the time of consultation by the customer and are those in force at the time of the order. VAT is calculated in the order form according to the rate applicable on the day of the order. The order form and transactions are made in Moroccan dirhams. Any change in the rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products.
7. Order Execution
The order will be executed no later than within 7 days from the day following the date on which the Consumer placed the order. In case of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility to cancel the order. He will then have the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid within thirty days at the latest from their payment, or the exchange of the Product.
8. Delivery
Delivery is not ensured by WimSchool. The customer will collect the goods at the delivery address indicated on the order form. The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the order form. The Consumer is required to check the goods upon delivery and to report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery note as well as to the WimSchool Company within one day. The Consumer may, upon request, obtain the sending of an invoice to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form. How much does delivery cost? Transport costs are borne by the buyer. – In Morocco and abroad, they are based on WimSchool’s registered shipping rates. – Our prices are inclusive of all taxes and are calculated based on the weight of the products. – The transport cost of your delivery is indicated on your invoice. – It decreases with the quantity ordered. It is best to group your orders. What are the delivery times? After receipt of your payment, your order is shipped within 48 hours, subject to stock availability. In Morocco and abroad, items will be sent to you by registered mail. Possible delays cannot give rise to damages, cancellation of the order, or refusal to accept delivery.
9. Payment Method
To pay for your order, you choose the payment method from those offered by WimSchool on the payment page. In this case, the transaction for debiting your account is carried out on the day following the date of delivery confirmation. Your online payments are secured by the Interbank Monetary Center (CMI), which offers a fully secure payment service. The Consumer guarantees the WimSchool Company that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by him when validating the order form. In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer and between the WimSchool Company and its banking institution shall apply.
10. Data Confidentiality
The information requested from you is necessary for processing your order and is treated confidentially. You have a right of rectification regarding your personal data.
11. Right of Withdrawal
From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and be fully reimbursed. The cost of returning the goods remains at your expense. However, only goods returned in perfect condition for resale, complete and in their original (unopened) packaging may be refunded.
12. Warranty
All products sold in the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material defects. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the date of the invoice). In the event of the return of equipment that proves not to be defective, transport and handling costs may be invoiced to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence.
13. Proof of Transactions Paid by Bank Card
Data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform on behalf of WimSchool constitutes proof of commercial transactions between you and the WimSchool Company.
14. Force Majeure
WimSchool is only required to fulfill its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event hinders their execution.
