Your Use of Other People's Information
In order to facilitate the services provided by the site, the site allows you in certain circumstances to give other users limited access to other people's personal information. For example, if you are a subscriber, you can use the site to give a staff member access to your customers' personal information. If you choose to use our referral service to inform a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. MAANGEO stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact our support to request that we remove this information from our database.
Google API Usage Terms
Users with a Gmail account have the option to connect it with their WimSchool account. This connection allows them to send emails directly from the platform with their professional address, thus avoiding back and forth between the management software and the email software. Apart from the encrypted key provided by Google at the time of synchronization of your Gmail account with WimSchool, no Google account data is stored or used by WimSchool. Our users' data in general, and those from Google in particular, are in no way shared with third parties. Before each email is sent via the platform, WimSchool verifies the validity of the encrypted key with Google as well as the Google profile of the connected user. If both verifications are positive, WimSchool allows the email to be sent via the user's Gmail account. At any time, the user has the option to disconnect their Gmail account from WimSchool. This is done in "Settings," "Email" section, "SMTP" tab. WimSchool allows this connection to improve the productivity of its users.
Security
WimSchool strives to protect your personal information. For transaction security, we use the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, which encrypts all information, such as billing information, that you send to us electronically. The encryption process protects your information by scrambling it before sending it to us from your computer. Once MAANGEO has received your transmission, we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our system. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of information you transmit to us. Correcting and Updating Your Personal Information
When a customer chooses to close an account, we will delete your information from our marketing and billing systems. This will ensure that there will be no more mailings or invoices directed to the canceled user.
Data Retention
We will retain your information as long as your account is active or necessary to provide you with services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. This retention period may extend beyond the point at which you close your account.
Additional Policy Information
Invitations: You have the option to invite other people to work with you via your WimSchool account. To do this, WimSchool asks you to import or manually enter your contacts' email addresses. When you direct it, we send them an invitation on your behalf or other notices reflecting changes you make to their status on your account. If you click on a link to a third-party site, you will leave the WimSchool site and access the site you selected. If you choose to use a third-party product or service with WimSchool, you enter into a license agreement yourself with the third party for the use of their product or service and for the use of your data.
