Aggregated Data: We aggregate sales information, including (but not limited to) industry type, number of invoices sent, average invoice amounts, method of invoice delivery, percentage paid online, sales amounts, and average sales per customer, in a way that is shared with Subscribers. However, in these cases, we do not disclose any information that could personally identify you.

Legal Requests and Business Transitions: In certain situations, WimSchool may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. WimSchool may disclose your personal information to any government authority as part of an investigation to determine compliance with any applicable law, rule, or regulation (including privacy laws), in response to a court order, subpoena, pre-trial discovery request, or any other lawful judicial or administrative proceeding, and in good faith to protect or defend the rights or property of WimSchool and other users. If WimSchool is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of its assets, you will be notified by email and/or by a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or use of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
Your Use of Other People’s Information
To facilitate the services provided by the site, the site may, in certain circumstances, allow you to grant limited access to other users to other people’s personal information. For example, if you are a Subscriber, you may use the site to give a staff member access to your Clients’ personal information. By agreeing to our Terms of Use, you agree that, regarding the personal information of other people that you collect, use, and disclose on the site, you have obtained all necessary consents and rights to collect, use, and disclose such information as described in this privacy policy from time to time, and you agree that the indemnification you provide us in the Terms of Use applies to any non-compliance with the foregoing.
If you choose to use our referral service to inform a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. MAANGEO stores this information solely for the purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact our support to request the deletion of this information from our database.
Google API Terms of Use
Users with a Gmail account have the option to connect it to their WimSchool account.
This connection allows them to send emails directly from the platform using their professional address, thus avoiding back and forth between the management software and email software.
Besides the encrypted key provided by Google at the time of synchronization with WimSchool, no Google account data is stored or used by WimSchool. The data of our users in general, and that obtained from Google specifically, is never shared with third parties.
Before each email sent through the platform, WimSchool verifies the validity of the encrypted key with Google and the connected user’s Google profile. If both verifications are positive, WimSchool allows the email to be sent via the user’s Gmail account.
At any time, users can disconnect their Gmail account from WimSchool via “Settings,” under the “Email” section, and “SMTP” tab.
WimSchool provides this connection to improve users’ productivity.
Security
WimSchool strives to protect your personal information. For transaction security, we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, which encrypts all information, such as billing details, that you send us electronically. The encryption process protects your information by scrambling it before it is sent from your computer to us. Once MAANGEO receives your transmission, we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure its security within our systems. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us. Correction and Updating of Your Personal Information
When a customer chooses to close an account, we will delete your information from our marketing and billing systems. This ensures that no further mailings or invoices are sent to the canceled user.
Data Retention
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
